Mother Nature … that beautiful bitch.
Gorgeous summer thunderstorm blew through here last night. Crazy lightning, fierce winds and pelting rain. Delicious to watch. Unfortunately lightning is a chaotic, hazardous beast. That beast reached out and slapped our comps and accessories. Hubby’s comp auffered a zapped power supply and crispy fried motherboard. The cable modem was chewed up and spit out. One port on our router is permanently screwed. And the network card on my comp was slapped silly. So. Yay for mobile phones. But BOO!! For no SL on my July 4th holiday. I’m headed to the electronics store for parts to begin repairs. Wonder if they’ll take a kidney as payment? LOL.
